Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Agreement between you and Oakk Construction (ABN 64 123 456 789) for the AnyBuild service.

1. The service

AnyBuild provides software for quoting, job management, costing, and invoicing in the construction industry. The free plan is free indefinitely and runs one job at a time. Paid plans (Pro, billed monthly or yearly) and the one-off Founding Member plan are billed as displayed at purchase, in the currency shown, and include GST where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. The Founding Member plan is a single payment for continuing access to Pro features for as long as the service operates; it does not renew and is limited to the first 100 purchasers. Cancelling or downgrading does not delete your data: your jobs, quotes and invoices remain readable and exportable.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, safety documents, and claims you issue, including compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, licensing, WHS, and Security of Payment legislation applicable to your work (or the equivalents in your jurisdiction). AI features produce drafts and estimates only: calculator outputs, AI quotes, receipt readings, ballpark figures, site-intelligence data, and SOPA notice wording are assistance, not professional, legal, or quantity-surveying advice. Review everything before you rely on it or send it.

3. Your data

You own your business content. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export everything at any time and delete your account whenever you like.

4. Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Success fees are deducted at the moment of payment. Disputed or refunded invoice payments will have the associated fee refunded. You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST on your invoices.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempting to access other customers' data, no abuse of AI features, no reselling the service without written agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), AnyBuild is provided "as is"; our total liability is limited to the greater of A$100 or the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates or from decisions made on jobs you manage through the service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified in-app with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.
