What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, business details (ABN, licence number) when you sign up. Business content you create: quotes, jobs, invoices, clients, timesheets, costs, and documents you enter or upload. Photos & media: images and video you upload for AI quoting, receipts, and site records. Location: only when you use GPS features (clock-on, geo-verified tasks, site lookups) and only at the moment you use them. We do not track you in the background. Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. Usage data: basic app analytics and error reports to keep the service working.

How we use it

To provide the service (quoting, job management, invoicing, payments); to process your media through AI models for the features you invoke (quote drafting, receipt reading), noting that your pricing always comes from your own price book; to send the emails and notifications you trigger; and to improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business content to advertise to you or to train models for other customers.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant content (photos, notes, receipts) is sent to our AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate the result you asked for, under agreements that prohibit them using it to train their models. Location metadata is stripped from images where the feature doesn't need it. AI outputs are drafts for your review, and you remain responsible for the quotes and invoices you send.

Storage, security & sharing

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase, Sydney region for Australian customers; Cloudflare; Fly.io) encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-customer isolation enforced at the database level. We share data only with the service providers needed to run AnyBuild (hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, AI providers as above), with people you choose to share it with (your clients, tradies, and suppliers through their portals), and where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs), and the CCPA/CPRA for California residents, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can export your full workspace from Settings → Backup at any time, and delete your account (including a full data purge within 30 days) from Settings or by emailing us. Complaints: contact us first; you may also contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
